2709 Esplanade Studios

The City of Port Moody encourages professional artists to base their art practice in Port Moody. 2709 Esplanade is a collection of individual studios for professional artists to create work. It is owned and operated by the City of Port Moody. The space accommodates artists working in a wide range of media. In addition to meeting individual artists’ needs, 2709 Esplanade provides opportunities for the sharing of ideas between other artists and connecting with the broader community through activities like studio tours. The aim of 2709 Esplanade is to bring together professional artists that can work independently yet with a sense of community and cooperation.

All studio space at 2709 Esplanade is occupied. The City of Port Moody is currently accepting names for the waiting list for studio vacancies. If you would like to be added to the list please contact Kristin Tracey. First and second floor studios range from 125 to over 300 square feet with rental fees franging accordingly.
