This Craftsman bungalow was built at a cost of $1,800 for Elizabeth and E.J. Miller of Ioco. It is one of the earliest surviving homes in the Pleasantside area.

Early in 2000 the Port Moody Heritage Commission published the City's first Heritage Inventory. It provides wonderful insight into Port Moody's past and documents the history and architectural significance of 63 local heritage buildings.

The City of Port Moody Heritage Inventory is available for viewing in the Planning and Development Services department at City Hall and the Port Moody Station Museum. The document is also available for loan from the Port Moody Public Library.

The Inventory was prepared for the City by Donald Luxton and Associates.
